  • Duration: 6 half – day sessions of 4 hours each (09h00 – 13h00)
  • Self-learning: Independent study time.
  • Mentoring: 6 one-hour sessions of Group Board Mentoring
  • Reflective Practice: Reflective practice work between monthly sessions to embed awareness and learning.
